Shipping: Most items are shipped the day after order is placed. Items ordered before 2PM EST usually ship the same day.
YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER VIA EMAIL
FedEx or Airborne/DHL is used for shipping. When an item is marked "Free shipping" oversized carton fees will apply. Free shipping applies only to the lower 48 states. Free shipping item will be shipped to nearest FedEx pickup center.
FREE SHIPPING does not apply to all items or to international orders or anywhere outside the continental USA. OVERSIZED CARTON FEES ALWAYS APPLY TO SCOOTERS AND POWER EQUIPMENT.
Credit cards are verified before items are released.
We will do out best to match your color preference but reserve the right to change color in order to get the product to you quickly.
Date of shipping is not counted by any delivery service. e.g. 2nd day requested on Mon. Shipment date is considered as Tuesday. Rush shipment must be requested by 2pm EST. After 2pm order is processed the next day. e.g. Order places Mon at 4pm is processed on Tuesday. Shipment date is Wednesday. 2nd day would be from WEDNESDAY. Normal ground shipping takes 5 business days. Rush shipping is NEVER done when billing and shipping address do not match. Payment for rush shipping to different address will NOT be refunded. Tracking info is NOT given to hotmail, yahoo, msn, aol or non USA email addresses.
Sometimes parts are in high demand and we run out. Please allow two weeks before you panic. We get every item out as quickly as possible. Racing engines, obscure parts and special order parts take up to 14 days to ship. If you have a discontinued model that you have bought parts for PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 14 days to ship (not to receive)
